# Sending File to Us

### **File Submission Guidelines**

#### **1. File Extension**

- **Preferred format:** `.pdf`
- **Acceptable formats:** `.zip`, `.jpg` (300dpi), `.ai`, `.psd`, `.tiff`, `.png`

#### **2. File Naming Rules**

To ensure smooth processing, please avoid using the following in your file name:
🚫 **Punctuation Marks:** `! ? ( ) [ ] { } : / “ ; , .` etc.
🚫 **Symbols / Special Characters:** `@ # * $ % + & > ~` etc.
🚫 **Unicode Characters:** (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.)

✅ **Allowed:** Hyphen (`-`) and underscore (`_`)
✅ **Best Practice:** Use simple **alphanumeric** file names for easy identification.

#### **3. Sending Files**

- **Upload your artwork** during the ordering process.
- If you don’t have the file at the time of ordering, you can place the order first and **submit the file later** via the chat function in the order page under **My Account**.
