# Calculating Production Timeline

The production timeline is specified on each product page. Please note that different product types have varying production times. Your order will be divided into multiple sub-orders to track the progress of each item separately.

- **Order Day** – The day the order is placed before **3 PM** (during operating hours).
- **Ready** – The day the product is completed and ready for delivery. A third-party courier will pick it up on the next working day.

#### **Important Notes:**

- If a production time range is provided (e.g., **2-4 production days**), the shortest duration is not guaranteed.
- The exact delivery date cannot be confirmed as third-party couriers handle the shipping.
- **Production Days exclude:**
  - The order date and the delivery date.
  - Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
- **"Ready"** indicates the product has been printed and is prepared for shipment.
- Delivery within **West Malaysia** requires a few additional working days.
- **Cut-off times:**
  - **Litho Offset Products**: Orders must be placed before **6 PM**.
  - **Digital Offset & Stamp Chop**: Orders must be placed before **3 PM**.
  - Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day.
